Wholegrain Chocolate Cookies


300 g whole-wheat flour
150 g butter
150 g AGRAGOLD Demerara brown sugar
3 eggs
Chocolate chips
Crushed walnuts
1 sachet baking powder

Preparation method: Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix together butter and sugar. Beat the eggs. Combine flour and baking powder. Add eggs and flour mix to butter and sugar. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and crushed walnuts to taste.

Scoop out the mixture and place the scoops onto a baking paper to form round shapes. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

*Cook’s Note: The cookie dough must be thick enough. Formed cookies can be frozen.
