Yoghurt Frappe


400 g strawberries
100 g AGRAGOLD powder sugar
2 sachets vanilla sugar
400 ml yoghurt
200 ml whipped cream

Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon

Preparation method: Rinse the strawberries with water and slice thinly. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.  Let the mixture sit for half an hour. Mix the strawberries and sugar mixture with yoghurt and lemon juice and slowly add semi-whipped cream. Pour the frappe into glasses and keep in the fridge until well chilled.

Serving: Stir well before serving. Decorate the frappe with freshly chopped fruits and whipped cream.

*Cook’s Note: You may use any berries or fruit of your choice to make a frappe.
