Sweet and Sour Sauce


1 cup (2,5 dl) water
1/2 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 cup AGRAGOLD Demerara brown sugar
3 tablespoons concentrated tomato paste
1 tablespoon chicken broth powder or 1 cube
1 tablespoon starch powder

Preparation method: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring them to a boil and simmer until you get the desired thickness.

* Cook’s Note: You may enrich the sauce with diced pineapple.
