Mulled Wine


1 l red wine
150 g AGRAGOLD Demerara brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
8 cloves
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind

Preparation method: Bring to boil wine mixed with cinnamon and cloves. Add sugar and orange rindand boil for 2-3 minutes more.

Cool for a while and drink warm.

** Cook’s Note: Add more sugar if the wine is too dry.
