0,05 l rum
½ lime (quartered)
5-6 large fresh mint leaves or 10 small ones
0,05 l sparkling mineral water
1 tablespoon (5 g) AGRAGOLD Demerara brown sugar
Preparation method: Put lime quarters and sugar into a 2,5 dl glass and mash using a fork or a muddler. Add fresh mint leaves and mash all together. Once the mint leaves release their aroma, fill the glass with ice cubes, add rum, stir all ingredients and top the glass up with sparkling mineral water.
* Cook’s Note: Mojito is a simple and adoptable cocktail. In case the classic rum taste is too intense, feel free to add colorless or white rum.
