2 egg yolks
¼ cup (55 g) AGRAGOLD white crystal sugar
12/3 (125 g) shredded coconut
1 egg white
Preparation method: Beat egg yolks and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until creamy; stir in coconut.
Beat egg white in small bowl with electric mixer until firm peaks form; stir gently into coconut mixture.
Drop heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto greased oven trays; bake in slow oven 15 minutes. Reduce heat to very slow; bake further 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
