1 kg AGRAGOLD white crystal sugar
1 kg sour cherries
1 l homemade brandy
Preparation method: Add sour cherries and sugar in 4l glass jar (layer of cherries, layer of sugar until half of the jar is filled). Pour homemade brandy over. Leave for 40 days in sunlight to ferment.
After 40 days of fermentation in sun, strain brandy, pour into the bottles and keep in a cool place.
