Cranberry White Chocolate Caramels


1 package powdered milk
100 g butter
200 g AGRAGOLD Demerara brown sugar
200 g white chocolate
70 g walnuts
70 g dried cranberries
Little red food coloring paste

Preparation method: Place powdered milk, sugar and butter in a deep saucepan and cook on a low heat. Stir until sugar and butter melt. Heat on medium and stir constantly for 15 minutes until the mixture thickens and turns caramel. Remove from the heat, add chocolate chips and food coloring paste and stir until the chocolate melts. Finally, stir in baked, crushed walnuts and roughly chopped cranberries.

Pour the caramel mix into a tin (20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper. Slice into even cubes when cooled and serve.
