200 ml whipping cream
50 g cocoa powder
2 egg yolks
120 g butter
100 g AGRAGOLD powder sugar
200 g dark chocolate
Preparation method: Bring whipped cream to a boil, add cocoa powder and stir well. Add the egg yolks and remove from the heat. Stir until it cools completely.
Combine butter and sugar and mix with electrical mixer until the mixture is smooth. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot with simmering water and add to the mixture. Next add the cool cream cocoa and egg yolks mixture. Mix well and place in the fridge to chill well.
Shape balls out of the chilled mixture. Roll the balls in chocolate crumbs and serve in paper cups.
