120 g butter
120 g chocolate
2 egg yolks
50 g AGRAGOLD powder sugar
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
Preparation method: Heat the oven to 200°C.
Melt butter and remove from the heat. Stir in the chocolate chunks until melted. Mix eggs, egg yolks and sugar and stir until the mixture is thick and smooth. Add butter and chocolate mix into the thick mixture. Add breadcrumbs and stir well.
Take soufflé ramekins, smear each ramekin with the butter and pour some flour. Pour the mixture into ramekins and bake the soufflé for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove the soufflé from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Turn ramekins top down on a plate, let them sit upside down for 1-2 minutes, and slightly shake ramekins so the soufflé pops out. The soufflé needs to be slightly runny in the middle.
Serving suggestion: Dust the soufflé with cocoa powder and serve it either warm or cold with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
